Early Bird Registration through June 27, 2025
- single room: 850 EURO
- double room: 700 EURO
Regular Registration through August 14, 2025
- single room: 950 EURO
- double room: 800 EURO
All local expenses, including accommodation, meals, social events, etc. are included in the conference fee.
Accompanying person fee is 600 EURO for early bird registration and 700 EURO for regular registration. Similar to the participant registration fee, this covers all local expenses.
